A partner, Russell H. Stroemel III, CPA, offers over 30 years of certified public accounting experience. He advises businesses and governmental entities in the areas of accounting and auditing, tax compliance and planning, and business management, with a practice concentration in the not-for-profit, real estate and construction, affordable housing, healthcare, professional services and wholesale/distribution industries.

Russ consults with closely held businesses and high net worth individuals on financial, estate and succession planning matters and represents them before federal, state and local taxing authorities. His involvement encompasses strategic planning; conducting feasibility studies, projections and forecasts; and performing due diligence on business dispositions and acquisitions. He provides financial and compliance audit services to governmental agencies and lenders for mergers, acquisitions and financing, and has special expertise in HUD projects and tax credit work under Internal Revenue Code Section 42.

A graduate of Rider University, Russ holds a bachelor's degree in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New Jersey Society of CPAs. He belongs to the Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations, the Pennsylvania Association of Housing & Redevelopment Agencies, and the Affordable Housing Association of CPAs. He belongs to the National Association of Home Builders, the Builders League of South Jersey, the Camden Chamber of Commerce and the South New Jersey Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the board of Trustees of the Ritz Theatre, a member of the Jersey Business Leaders and serves on the advisory board of Family Wealth Management.
