A principal of the Tax Services Group, David J. White, CPA, manages the research, planning and compliance of income tax returns for settlement funds, corporations, trusts, estates and individuals. He has extensive experience in providing litigation support services related to class action matters.

David has extensive experience in all areas of tax planning and compliance as it relates to designated settlement funds under Section 468(B). He has developed many quality control procedures to ensure that all specialty issues that may arise under Section 468(B) are researched and resolved in an efficient and timely manner.

He joined Heffler, Radetich & Saitta after graduation from Temple University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPAs, and is certified in Financial Forensics. He is pursuing a master's degree in taxation at Philadelphia University. Initially, David was involved in the firm's Litigation Support Services Group, assisting primarily in the distribution and post-distribution phases of administering Class Action matters, before joining the Tax Services Group.

He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPAs. He is actively involved with fundraising activities for the Hero Scholarship Fund and Variety - The Children's Charity.
