A partner of the Litigation Support Services Group since 1987, Mike leads a team of over 30 personnel specializing in the administration of class action settlements and SEC matters related to the disgorgement of funds. His extensive experience encompasses oversight of field work, notification procedures, claim audits, calculations and disbursements. He also provides expert testimony and has served as an expert witness in US District Court.

Mike has been involved with the administration of over 250 securities class action cases and over 20 anti-trust class action cases since joining Heffler, Radetich & Saitta LLP in 1979. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Drexel University and is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPAs. He has served on a task force for the National Association of Public Pension Attorneys, and has made presentations on class action administration to its members.
