Robert K. Griffin, CPA, has over 25 years of certified public accounting and audit experience in serving individuals and businesses, with special expertise in the not-for-profit, employee benefit and healthcare sectors. He is proficient in evaluating internal control systems and procedures, and conducting forecasts, projections and feasibility studies.

Rob leads the firm's Audit & Assurance Services Group; planning, directing and conducting technical reviews of audit and related engagements; and training accounting and audit personnel. He chairs the Continuing Professional Education Committee, and ensures that the firm's quality control systems and procedures meet all professional standard guidelines.

Prior to joining Heffler, Radetich & Saitta, Rob was a partner at a certified public accounting firm in northern New Jersey. He is a graduate of Rutgers University, and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting.

He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPAs, and the New Jersey Society of CPAs. He serves on the latter's Peer Review Executive Committee and is chairperson of a Report Acceptance body. He advises CPA firms on various technical issues and conducts Peer Reviews in accordance with the AICPA Peer Review program. He has overseen technical Quality Reviews of audits performed by the City of Philadelphia, Office of the Controller. He has served on the board of directors of the nonprofit Recreation Council of Evesham Township, Inc.

Rob makes presentations to boards of directors of not-for-profit organizations and seminars to many trade and professional organizations. He has been published in trade journals on various financial and business management topics.
