Edward J. Sincavage, CPA, co-directs the Litigation Support Services Group, a team of over 30 personnel specializing in the administration of class action settlements and SEC matters related to the disgorgement of funds. He is proficient in securities litigations, anti-trust matters and other types of class action cases, having worked on and overseen the administration of over 150 cases.

Ed has broad expertise ranging from notification procedures and claims administration, including claim audits, to distribution and post-distribution processes, and settlement fund taxation. He has directed complex and sophisticated cases, one of which involved the administration and handling of funds for over 4 million claims.

Prior to joining the firm's Litigation Support Services Group, Ed served in its audit, tax and business management divisions, first as a cooperative education student and later, as an associate. He is a graduate of Drexel University and a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPAs. He has served on the board of directors of the Interboro School District.
