Gregory T. Skoufalos (“Greg”) is the Chief Information Officer and leader of our Technology Services Group. With over 15 years of experience, Greg provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, responsive and secure information technology environment throughout the organization. He recently restructured the application development team and brought about the creation of a new class action securities litigation application.
Prior to joining Heffler, Greg was managing IT infrastructure, system operations and providing technology oversight to a number of businesses in the Philadelphia Metro area. Additionally, he also served as an Instructor at Lincoln Technical Institute, where he guided and prepped students for Microsoft certification exams and other related skills assessments.
His initial foundation in IT was built in the non-profit arena, catering to schools and community organizations looking to grow on small budgets and state-funded grants. Bridging upon that knowledge, he was able to assist other companies and leverage innovative strategies to drive their businesses forward despite limited funding opportunities. Greg’s major contributions in the IT space have been process analysis, operations management and process improvement across the technology infrastructure and development landscape.
Greg received a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Strayer University, holds several certifications in Microsoft, VMWare, and CompTIA technologies, and serves on several small business advisory boards in the South Jersey area.
